best gnocchi in class equals...

an entire slab of rocky road! Don't think I'll be able to get through it in one night but hey, maybe if I pace myself...

And anyway (here come the excuses), I was in the kitchen all day at school and then had to work tonight too, thus my feet are sore. Also, we were assessed on our gnocchi making skills at school and I aced both the parisian and the romaine gnocchi. I even know some gnocchi theory...

Parisian gnocchi - poached choux pastry
